Starting in August 2026, we are moving into a new chapter of growth with the operation of our new 1,800 sq.m. facilities, designed for high productivity, absolute organization, and consistent quality. The new unit includes three distinct production lines to fully cover the spectrum of modern requirements in the aluminum sector.

The first line is fully automated, featuring the state-of-the-art +QUADRA by Emmegi (20 CNC axes), offering precision and the capacity to produce over 60 full frame systems per day.

The second, conventional line, operates under the Lean Factory philosophy, serving as a model for workflow, quality checks, and delivery times.

The third line is dedicated to the production of coplanar doors, with fully automated processes for a perfect finish and high aesthetics.

In parallel, the facility is supported by organized storage areas, structured quality controls at every stage, and digital order tracking for greater transparency and consistency. Our goal is to reduce waste, increase safety, and ensure a stable final result for both residential and demanding commercial projects.
